What is the BRIDGE Membership Program?
BRIDGE is the Ryumeikan Group's exclusive membership program designed to make your hotel stays even more rewarding.
Membership is completely free — there are no enrollment fees or annual charges.
Each time you stay with us, you earn points based on your membership status.
These points can be used toward future accommodation charges.
As your membership status increases, you will unlock additional benefits and exclusive privileges.

This guarantees that the prices offered through the official reservation website provided directly by each of our hotels for the same "room" and "conditions" are always equal to or lower than other reservation services when converted into Japanese yen.

About Points
Members earn 1% of the total reservation amount (including tax) in points.
Points can be used toward accommodation charges at a rate of:
1 point = ¥1
Points will be credited two days after the check-out date.
- In addition to the base points (1%), members receive bonus points depending on their membership status.
- Points can be redeemed when making reservations through the official website.
Important Notes
- Point rewards and membership benefits apply only when reservations are made through the official website while logged in as a member, and when the guest completes their stay.
- Some accommodation plans or campaigns may have separate conditions for earning or using points (such as validity periods).
- Reservations made by phone, without member login, or through the "BRIDGE Corporate Program" are not eligible.
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other loyalty programs.

Evaluation period: April to March of the following year

Points can be earned when you make a reservation through the official website for Hotel Ryumeikan Tokyo or Hotel 1899 Tokyo, and complete your stay at these hotels.
Please note that Hotel Ryumeikan Ochanomizu Main Branch is not included in this program.
By logging in to My Page, you can view your current points balance and membership status.
Points are valid for one year from the date they are awarded.
Points cannot be transferred, inherited or sold to third parties.
Points from multiple membership accounts cannot be combined, split or transferred.
